YOGA INSTRUCTION

Yoga is an ancient practice in which movement is incorporated with breath and philosophy. Each student is offered a practice that is safe for where they are in their body on any given day being mindful of injuries and the student's ultimate desires.

YIN YOGA

A highly therapeutic and meditative practice using long, passive holds of postures to mobilize and strengthen the joints, ligaments, and deep fascial networks.

GENTLE VINYASA

A gentle 75 minute flow with the focus on the principles of alignment of yoga, building strength and increasing flexibility.

YOGA SCULPT

A stronger, faster-paced

practice using hand weights,

resistance bands, and plyometrics

to sculpt, tone, and increase cardiovascular fitness.

Yoga and Sound Meditation/Healing

Combine the healing elements of a sound bath experience with the therapeutic practice of restorative yoga.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A practice for deep relaxation and healing. All postures are done fully supported on the floor using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to help

the body release tension and

ease stress. Incorporates

the use of guided

meditation and

essential oils.
