INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAMS
The heart of my wellness program is my one-on-one coaching platform. In this program, you will be making an extraordinary commitment to your health and wellness.
Over several months we will work together to create the goals you will set into existence for yourself and your life as they pertain not only to the foods you eat, but to all other aspects of your life, I call Primary Food. Your program will be unique to you where together, we will create sustainable change in the areas you desire.
We will have 12 sessions (2 per month) over the course of six months.
Sessions can be in-person or via phone to accommodate your schedule.
During our sessions, we will define the goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans.
I will design a custom program based upon your desired goals and objectives.
I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word.
Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are really up to you. "I will be your guide on the side.”
